Manure Tanking *NEW EQUIPMENT IN 2014*
We have decided to upgrade our manure tanking fleet in 2014. We are moving away from the 2505 Terragators to tractors and tankers. Our decision to move away from the terragators was not an easy one. But we are confident we have made a move in the right direction for productivity, reliability, new features (gps mapping, as applied rate control), lower tire pressures, and less gals/square inch.
Our new additions are Magnum 290 tractors with 50 kph transmissions, gps equipped, with radial tires and duals front and back. My calculations have determined we have the same tire width on the ground as we had with the terragators.
On the tank side we have bought new 6200 imp gal. triaxle Jamesway tankers. They are equipped with steering axles (less damage to fields when turning, easier on roads and drive ways), low spread kits, weight transfer, 850/50 x 30.5 tires in radials. Calculations have yielded that we will be carrying less weight per tire with the new tankers compaired to the terragators. This will help to reduce compaction in the field. Here is a small video of our new tanks http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jchwVwBICvk
Our modified pump truck can reach over tank walls, no need to open the access gate. We can reach into tanks 18 ft. above ground, and 18 ft. below ground.

Drag Hose *Upgrade in 2015*
We are currently running a single drag hose system outfitted with a new spread bar in 2013 with a spread width of 60 ft. A new high pressure pump is being installed in 2015. Call us with your drag hose needs today.
Haybuster *NEW IN 2014*
We are now offering bale chopping and corn grinding. We are set up with an 1100 haybuster chopper on a semi trailer with its own 400hp cat diesel motor. It is pulled with a compact semi for better maneuverability in tighter yards and can travel highway speeds for a smaller travel time. We have the ability of stacking in commodity sheds, bunker silo and also can go into a blower to go up a silo or into a barn. We chop dry hay, wheat straw and also soybean straw in any size bales, square or round it handles them all with its 8' diameter tub size. We have 3 different chop length options arranging from a 5/8" chop length up to a 4" and can change screens on site. We are also set up to grind high moisture or dry corn through the same machine with it handling up to 50 tonne in an hour. Call us today with all your chopping needs.

Tank Stirring
Baseline Agri has the ultimate stir stick! Our modified pump truck has a 10 ft. Houle Agi Pompe on a boom that we use to stir tanks with heavy solids. Whether you have 4 ft. of straw crust or looking to get the sand out of your tank to reduce your excavating costs; this truck can do the job! No tractor mounted stir stick has the verstility, or the guts to do what we can.
